Welcome to Pinned Travel! Before you access our services, please read these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinned Travel iOS application and any related services offered by Meridian Bridge Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Pinned Travel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pinned Travel. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly suspend and delete their account and associated data.
Pinned Travel offers limited functionality without an account. To save locations, organize trips, and sync data across devices, you must create an account using a valid email address. Account authentication and secure sign-in are handled through a third-party backend authentication provider.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Pinned Travel only for its intended purpose: saving, organizing, and planning trips based on locations extracted from social media content. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Pinned Travel, including trips, collections, location notes, tips, ratings, and any other user-generated content ("User Content").
By using the App, you grant Meridian Bridge Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Pinned Travel service. This license exists only for as long as your content remains on our platform.
If you publish content to the Pinned Travel marketplace (e.g., travel guides), you grant us an additional license to display, distribute, sublicense, and promote that content to other users of the App in accordance with the marketplace terms applicable at the time of publication.
If you have published guides that other users have purchased, and you subsequently delete your account, those purchased guides will be removed from the marketplace and will no longer be accessible to purchasers following account deletion. Purchasers will not receive a refund from Meridian Bridge Group LLC for content removed as a result of a creator deleting their account; any refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. We recommend that creators provide reasonable notice to their purchasers before deleting their account.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.
Pinned Travel facilitates the discovery of travel guides created by third-party creators. Meridian Bridge Group LLC does not vet, verify, or guarantee the safety, accuracy, or legality of any routes, locations, or advice provided within these guides. Your reliance on any marketplace content is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any closures, safety hazards, or inaccuracies encountered at locations suggested by creators.
Pinned Travel extracts geographic location data from publicly available social media posts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (Rednote). When you paste a social media URL into Pinned Travel, our service processes the publicly available content of that post to identify and extract location information. Support for additional platforms may be added or removed over time.
Pinned Travel does not own, control, or endorse any third-party social media content. The original content remains the property of its respective creators and platforms. Pinned Travel does not reproduce, store, or display the full original content of social media posts. We extract and store only location-related data (place names, addresses, and geographic coordinates).
Your use of social media content through Pinned Travel is also subject to the terms of service of the originating platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Pinned Travel does not violate the terms of any third-party platform, including but not limited to the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, and Xiaohongshu Terms of Service.
Third-party content and platforms may change, become unavailable, or restrict access at any time. Pinned Travel does not guarantee that extraction from any particular platform or post will always be available or functional.
Pinned Travel uses artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to extract and identify geographic locations from social media post content. When you submit a link for extraction, the publicly available text and metadata from that post are processed by AI services to identify location names, addresses, and coordinates.
Location extraction is performed by reputable third-party AI service providers. We utilize a primary provider and may utilize secondary providers as a fallback to ensure service continuity and accuracy.
AI-extracted location data is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any location information extracted by the App. Results may contain errors, including but not limited to:
You should independently verify any location information before relying on it for travel planning, navigation, or any other purpose. Pinned Travel is a planning tool, not a navigation or safety service.
AI processing occurs on our servers via secure edge functions. Only the publicly available content of the social media post is sent to our AI providers. Your personal information, account data, and private content are not shared with AI services for location extraction purposes.
The Pinned Travel name, logo, visual design, user interface, software code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Meridian Bridge Group LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use the Pinned Travel name, logo, or branding without prior written permission from Meridian Bridge Group LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant Meridian Bridge Group LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the App without any obligation to you.
All in-app purchases, including marketplace guide purchases and any future subscription offerings, are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that: * These Terms are concluded between you and Meridian Bridge Group LLC only, and not with Apple. * Meridian Bridge Group LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. * Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. * In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. * Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims or any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement. * Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their standard refund process. Meridian Bridge Group LLC does not process payments or issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
Prices for in-app purchases are displayed in your local currency within the App. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please allow up to 30 days for complete removal of your data from our servers and backup systems. Removal of analytics data from our third-party analytics provider is subject to that provider's own deletion processing timelines, which may extend beyond 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. MERIDIAN BRIDGE GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MERCHANTABILITY - WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE - WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP IS SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC USE CASE.
ACCURACY - WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY LOCATION DATA, MAPS, OR INFORMATION EXTRACTED OR DISPLAYED BY THE APP.
AVAILABILITY - WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE APP.
Location data extracted from social media posts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You use this information at your own risk and should verify all location data independently before making travel plans, visiting locations, or relying on it in any way.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MERIDIAN BRIDGE GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO MERIDIAN BRIDGE GROUP LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account as described in Section 9.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. While we generally aim to provide notice for violations of our Acceptable Use policy, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion to protect the security of the App or our users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and delete your account before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (pinnedtravel.com/privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Meridian Bridge Group LLC regarding your use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Pinned Travel may be made available in a limited, invite-only early access or beta capacity prior to general release. During such periods:
We reserve the right to terminate early access at any time and transition to, or discontinue, general availability. The disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability in Sections 10 and 11 apply in full during any beta or early access period.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
If informal resolution fails, you and Meridian Bridge Group LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, including disputes about the validity, enforceability, or scope of this arbitration provision, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. The payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules.
YOU AND MERIDIAN BRIDGE GROUP LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in Section 14.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights, or to address urgent matters that cannot await arbitration.
Notwithstanding the agreement to resolve all disputes through arbitration, either you or Meridian Bridge Group LLC may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court's jurisdiction.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions above do not apply to you, and disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable mandatory local law and the governing law provisions of Section 14.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Pinned Travel App if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
